Introduction to Float Switch

Float switch is a fluid control instrument used to measure the height of liquid level and control the rise and fall of liquid level. Its main components are float, guide rod, and switch. When the liquid level rises, the float rises accordingly, and the guide rod causes the switch contacts to close. When the liquid level drops, the float falls, and the guide rod causes the switch contacts to open, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the liquid level.

Float switches are widely used in the field of liquid level control, such as in liquid storage or supply equipment such as pools, water towers, reservoirs, water pumps, drinking fountains, etc. It is also used in industrial control systems such as steam generators, industrial boilers, and chemical equipment to achieve control and monitoring of parameters such as liquid level, flow rate, pressure, and temperature.
