When the specific gravity is different, the position of the float will change. Generally, when the SG is smaller than water, the part of the float immersed in the liquid will increase relatively.

The reference specific gravity for float switch products is water (SG=1), so when selecting a float, the specific gravity SG of the liquid level must be considered, which must be greater than the float specification. Otherwise, the float switch cannot float. For liquids with high viscosity that will not dry up, stainless steel float balls are generally used.

The PP float switch uses a magnet to sense the magnetic spring switch, so the measured liquid level should be free of iron filings, otherwise the iron filings will stick to the float and the float will not float, which will affect the action of the float switch.

Section 1: Wire Requirements

Optional ordinary low-temperature wire, high-temperature braided wire, corrosion-resistant high-temperature PTFE wire, dual core sheathed wire, etc

The number of action points is equal to the number of water levels to be detected, but the number of floating balls is not equal

Step 3: Voltage requirements

There are two options available: 200VDC/100VDC. Here is the maximum voltage that the switch can withstand. When using the fixed voltage, do not exceed it.
