This product undergoes four processes of stamping, edge cutting, welding, and cleaning to complete the final product. It is generally used on big tank serving as a switch. and we can also customize production according to different customer requirements. Every order undergoes a leak test before leaving the factory, and each one undergoes a visual inspection. Any defective, dented, or bumped products are picked out, and the ones sent to customers are usually high-quality products.

This product is used by customers in large oil or water tanks, with one end connected by screws to act as a switch in the tank. When the water or oil level drops below the control line, the float will activate the switch, allowing water to flow in and fill the entire tank. When the water is full, the float will close the inlet and stop adding water.

Regarding the issue of order quantity:
Regarding the fixed quantity of floating balls, Sanlo has the following distinctions:
1. For regular products, the minimum order quantity for small-sized floating balls is generally 500-1000 pieces, and for products with a pipe size of 15.5, the minimum order quantity is 540 pieces. This quantity is convenient for workers to pack and fits perfectly into a large box.
2. Regarding customized products, for general customized products, a minimum of 5000-10000 pieces are required for small-sized products, while for large-sized products, specific communication is needed. If the quantity of customized products is too small, we cannot purchase raw materials and magnets. Generally, raw material manufacturers have a minimum order quantity of 1 ton. So for customized products, we usually recommend customers to have a quantity.
3. Regarding samples, for new customers, we usually provide 3-5 standard sized floating balls for testing, but the customer needs to arrange transportation.
